运输政策

收到订单确认电子邮件后,所有订单都在7至10个工作日内(不包括周末和假期)处理。您将在订单发货时收到其他通知。

由于Covid 19,运输过程可能会延迟。

国内运费和估计

加拿大邮政:您的订单的运费将根据载体运输速率计算并在结账时计算并显示根据包装的大小。

 

国际运输

我们提供国际送货。

国际航运利率:订单的运费将按载体计算并在结账时显示。您也可以收取增值税或其他费用。

 

如何检查我的订单状态?

当您的订单发货时,您将收到来自我们的电子邮件通知,其中包含您可以使用的跟踪号码来检查其状态。请允许48小时进行跟踪信息可用。

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
